Excellent service! I brought in an octagonal area rug that was well worn and dirty (with dog urine!). Santa Cruz Rug Cleaners made it look like new! The colors are bright now and it is such an improvement. They also cut to fit a really nice non-skid padding for underneath the rug. They were prompt, courteous and delivered on time. Highly recommended!

Santa Cruz Rug Cleaners are simply the best! If a carpet cleaner does not inject enzymes into the carpet where an animal urinated or sprayed, cleaning could activate the bacteria and spread it. Santa Cruz Rug & Upholstery came out and cleaned my carpet and I NEVER THOUGHT it could be done so well. GREAT SERVICE, attentive to my needs, and they CARE!
